the fine folks at Fennell Promotions for the excellent
support that we have received for the Supreme Privileges
Awards Program. Since the kicking off the program back in
January, just over 1000 of our customers have qualified to
participate, and the excitement is really beginning to
grow. On top of that, our sales, which were down earlier
in the year, have now reached extremely satisfying levels.
It is apparent that Supreme Privileges has been a big
contributor to that success.
My personal experience in working with you and your staff
of professionals has been very rewarding. In a nutshell,
I have found your response time in addressing our questions
and concerns to be nothing less than outstanding. And,
with my background as a Director of Quality for a major
US corporation and as Director of Customer Service with
several companies including my present position with HGH
Hardware, I am generally a hard guy to please. You have
not only met my expectations, but you have gone on the
exceed them.
We will soon begin developing our Marketing Plan for the
next year, and the Supreme Privileges Program will be an
integral part of our 2002 activities. Please pass my
