Dear Doug:
I consider Fennell Promotions, Inc. to be a key partner
in our yearly business efforts. We operate in an industry
that is saturated with competition. Last year two of them
copied our vacation promotion in an effort to combat our
efforts. Despite their efforts our program grew for the
sixth consecutive year. Despite our continued success, we
decided it was time to upgrade our program to make it
even tougher for our competitors. After over a month of
studying both your Supreme Privilege program and other
incentive programs, we decided that Supreme Privileges
was our best option. A primary reason we chose your
program was the perceived value in the eyes of our
customers. Our entire market strategy revolves around
that same philosophy - provide our customers with a
good value for their hard earned dollar. Thus far, the
results speak for themselves.
Less than three months into the promotion we've been
amazed at the response. We projected out our breakeven
point for the year and after just 10 weeks we're nearly
50% of the way to attaining that goal. The response has
been fantastic and we expect it to only grow as customers
see their point totals climbing toward some of the nicer
awards.
Once again, Fennell Promotions has helped us move further
ahead of our competition. Not only did you introduce a
new, innovative product to us but you also removed
restrictions and increased your level of customer service.
Again, a testament to the way you do business which shows
your commitment to the continued success of both your
company and ours. We look forward to working with you
throughout the remainder of 1999 and well beyond.
