Dear Frank:
In a perfect World, new customers would be calling us
with orders every day of the week. You and I both know
that this is not an every day occurrence. However, the
telephone is ringing and the new orders are coming in!
I just want to say "Thank You" for being a major reason
for our new business.
We have found that our past, self-administered promotions
were costly and very difficult to administer. As you
know we compete in the touch, competitive packaging
industry, with a variety of different incentive programs
for our distributors to choose from. However, with
your Supreme Privileges incentive we are beginning to
see the new business come our way. Only 45 days into the
program we added 31 new accounts and our cost has been
about 1/3 of our previous promotions. two large accounts,
which we have been pursuing for the last several years,
are now customers as a direct result of the Supreme
Privileges program. These two accounts alone make this
a very successful promotion.
I would also like to thank your staff for handling almost
all of the administration of this program. I appreciate
all the attention and dedication you and your staff put
forth to meet our needs and goals. The program is
running like clockwork and I look forward to the new
business I am confident we will obtain over the course
of our first year n the Supreme Privileges promotion.
